It is possible, through mass actions, to manually modify the status of the third parties that we have stored in our database.
To do this, you must enter the "Third Party Listing" module on the left side panel.
There we will be shown a window, with all the third parties that we have loaded previously, which we can order according to:
- the category classification of third parties we have performed
- grouping them together without distinction of classification
- search for a particular third party using the search engine
The tool will display a list of our third parties according to the search criteria we have chosen, and once we find him or group of third parties that we need to change status, Select them by clicking the boxes next to their names. After selecting the third parties, we will choose the option "More Actions"/"Change Status", located in the upper right sector of the screen.
Finally a popup will open, which will give us the option to choose the status for the selected third parties.
