Question Editing
Within each risk block, you can use or delete the questions contained therein. You can also modify the text of the question or directly delete it and create a completely different one.
Of course questions can be added in each block using the button located at the end of each block.
Parameterization of the answers
Each question, accepts a possible double answer: Yes / No. You can edit the value of each risk associated with each response according to the user’s criteria and company policies.
Paragraph "comments"
It is possible to allow the third party to make comments and also require (the comment becomes mandatory) to make them from the following accesses:

It is also possible to allow the third party to add documentation and even require you (adding the document becomes mandatory) to accompany it if you have it, from:
In the event that comments and/or documentation are required/n/s, the third party may not submit its assessment if it does not comply with the requirements.
