Once we have defined the categories of third parties, we can proceed to load our third parties in each of these categories in two different ways:
- individually
- massively
To do this, we must click the option "LOAD THIRD PARTIES":
To get to the "LOAD THIRD" option, we must first place ourselves in the "Third Party Listing" module on the left side panel. In the window corresponding to this module, we will find all the information referring to:
- the categories of third parties established and
- third parties that we have uploaded to the tool
In the upper right margin of the window, the option "LOAD THIRD" will be located.
Individual Charge (New Third).
This type of load requires you to enter the required information in each field. Only fields with "*" are required. In addition, a data controller may be assigned to the data upload.
Bulk Upload (Import Third Parties).
In case the number of third parties to incorporate was considerable, we can load them directly by importing an Excel template.
From there, you can directly download the template

Then the requested fields must be loaded carefully in the downloaded template, and then reload the template again in the tool (but with all the information requested).

Finalmente, se le asignará un responsable a la carga (usuario designado).

By clicking on "Continue", the third parties incorporated in the template will be loaded on the platform. If there is an error in some of the fields of the templates, the system will identify it, throwing a report in Excel, so that based on this, the erroneous data indicated is corrected.
Until all mandatory fields are correctly completed, no partial loads will be performed, to avoid duplication.
Prior to step 1, and for the template to be downloaded to correspond with the needs of the company, it is necessary to make an initial configuration (set up). See "General Settings".
