What to do if I can't find the email to register in my Inbox or Spam folder?

In this article we will mention some common problems that sometimes happen when registering and how to solve them.


1.My client or supplier informed me that he would send me a form to reply through Riskallay and I had to check my email, but I cannot find any email in my Inbox.


Normally you will know that your customer/supplier needs you to fill out a form always through Riskallay, since we will have a first contact with you through an e-mail that we will send to the email that your customer or provider informed us.


In case you do not find this first contact email in your inbox, we suggest you check the SPAM folder, since in most of these cases the first contact email is in this folder.


2. I cannot find the first contact e-mail to register in Riskallay in my Inbox or in the Spam folder. 


In these cases, in which you have learned that your customer/provider sent you a form to answer through Riskallay, but you can not register either because you do not find the e-mail in your inbox or in the spam folder, We suggest you click on this link.  


 

Clicking on the link will open the chart window, where you should complete:


  1. First Name
  2. Email: it is important that you fill in your email address that your customer/provider registered from you at Riskallay so that you receive the first contact email, if you add any other email address that does not match the above, you will not be able to complete the registration.  
  3. You must create an access password and then repeat it.
  4. Read and accept the privacy policy.

Then you must click on "REGISTER".


The password:

The password must contain at least six characters, some upper case letter, some lower case letter and some special character ( e.g.: @, /, *). If you do not meet these requirements you will not be able to move forward.



Clicking "REGISTER" will open the next window, where you will be asked to check your inbox again in order to validate and confirm the previous registration. 



Then, in your inbox, you should find the following e - mail, requesting the above confirmation, if you do not find it, please check your spam tray.


When you open the mentioned e-mail, you will see the following image, clicking the option "CONFIMAR EMAIL".









You will automatically be redirected to the window shown in the graph,  where you will finally have to enter the e-mail and password already registered and validated. This is the page where you will have to log in every time you want to log into your Riskallay account to fill in the form of your customers/suppliers, if you have trouble finding it again, you can log in by clicking here. 



Once you complete the "loguin", you will access your Riskallay Portal, where you will be able to observe the forms sent by your customers/suppliers, complete them or save a form filling process to finish it later, etc.
