An evaluation launched , from the moment it is received and answered by the third to evaluate; until it is analyzed by the evaluator, it will go through different states:
Pending: is the state in which an evaluation launched to a third party will be found, when the evaluated has not yet begun to respond.
In progress: is the state in which an evaluation launched to a third party will be found, when the evaluator has begun to respond, but has not yet been able to finalize it.
Pending Signature: is the state in which you will find an evaluation launched to a third party, when the evaluated completed all responses, but did not begin with the signing process.
Pending Evaluation: is the state in which an evaluation launched to a third party will be found, when having already been answered and signed by the evaluator, remains to be analyzed by the evaluator in the tab "Evaluation Compliance Officer".
Evaluated: it is the state in which an evaluation launched to a third party will be found, when it was already answered and signed by the evaluator, as well as analyzed by the evaluator in the tab "Evaluation Compliance Officer". At this stage, the evaluator will already be in a position to assign the final "Approved" or "Denied" status of his third party already evaluated.
Discarded: this state, in which an evaluation can be found with respect to a third party, is automated by the tool, when the evaluator activates the option "Automate Third Party Change Status" when launching an evaluation. In this case, it is an evaluation, in which having previously activated the option "Automate Change Status of the Third", after being answered and signed by the evaluated, the result of it, exceed the associated risk on the scale of 1 to 5 that the evaluator configured when automating the change of status.
The result of this evaluation is the one thrown by the tool in the tab "Risklist Evaluation"
In these cases, in which previously activating the option of "Automate Change of State", the final result of the evaluated exceeds the assigned risk, the status of the evaluation with respect to this third party will appear "Discarded" and the final status of this evaluated third party will be automatically assigned by the tool to "Denied".

Example of an evaluation launched to third parties and their different states
In the following example, we see that it is the evaluation launched to third parties under the name "Second Semester Supplier Evaluation".
From an analysis of the image, we can deduce that such evaluation:
Third Parties 3 were released for a total of three-thirds.
Pending 1: One of these third parties has not yet begun to respond.
Evaluated 2: two of these third parties already answered and signed the evaluation, and in turn, it was also analyzed by the evaluator in the "Compliance Officer Evaluation" tab.
Note: all the states already explained in which an evaluation can be found, in turn are identified with a color, which will be useful when analyzing statistics in the Riskboard module.
