How do I reset my password?


To reset your password, you must log into the main page of loguin, which can be accessed through the page: https://platform.zenta.app/.



Once here, you must enter in the Email field your email address associated with the account, that is, that email address where you received the first invitation to register/complete the assessment and click on the Continue button.





You will be redirected to a new screen, where you must click on  ¿Has your account forgotten?.



On the next screen, you will have to fill in the field "Email", your e-mail associated with the account and click on the button Continue.





You will receive on the next screen, a confirmation, if the password recovery email has been sent. 




In case you receive confirmation and do not find the recovery email in your inbox, you must click on the Resend email button.




In your inbox you will find an email to reset the password:



Then you must click on the button CHANGE PASSWORD




In the new window to which you will be redirected, you must enter the new password, which must meet the requirements that will be indicated on the screen, and finally click on the button Reset password.



You will be confirmed that the password has been changed, by clicking on the Go to sign in


Finally, you will be back on the login page, where you can now log in with your email associated to the account and the new password created:
