How do I create an Assessment?

The "Create evaluation" option can be accessed in two ways:




 From the "Evaluations" module on the left side panel, and once there click the option "Create evaluation"  which is located at the top right of the screen .








Directly from the "New Evaluation" option from the left side panel.



Once there, the user can schedule the sending of the previously designed checklists, to their third parties as they have categorized them when forming their database: customers, suppliers, business partners, etc.


Step 1- Configure your shipment


The system will take us to the screen "New Evaluation- Configure your submission"


There, the first thing we must do is select the Checklist to be sent:


What am I going to ask my third party?


Then, Basic Evaluation Data must be completed (name and amount associated with the operation)


Next, we must schedule the Submission Date of the evaluation and the Deadline for its completion (deadline):



When?


Regarding the date of shipment we can distinguish three possible situations:


1. Shipping at the time: The date must be selected in the calendar, even setting the exact time. Here, the system requires a minimum delay of 5 minutes to allow the user to finish the process.


2. Deferred shipping: In the same way as in the previous case, the date and time of the shipment are selected.


3. Scheduled shipping: The tool allows you to schedule periodic submissions of evaluations to third parties. The delivery and completion dates must be indicated (example, every three months) and the system will automatically launch them depending on the selected parameters (checklist and third parties).



Attach conditions of employment


It will also be possible to edit the established base message that the recipients of the evaluation process will receive. The user is given the possibility to customize the tool, to customize it and adapt it to each company.




From the same screen, you can also upload any type of file with the contract conditions to which a third party must submit to link with "the customer"




After the above, we will continue selecting the recipients of the shipment:


Step 2- Select the third parties


Who am I going to evaluate?


There will appear the categories of third parties created in point 1, being able to make specific filters or searches by name, type, country, sector, etc.


The third party must then be selected by clicking on the box on the left. If you want to make a massive selection, you should click on the gray bar box.


Step 3- Confirmed evaluation


By clicking on continue, a confirmation sign for the selected data will appear. If they are correct, by clicking on "accept and send", the created evaluation will be directed to the associated email to each third party.
