If you got here, it is because you received an email in your inbox with Riskallay sender, informing you that your customer/provider has sent you a question form to manage the risks of their third parties.
The first thing you should do is open the email you received in your inbox. If you can’t find it, but you take notice from your customer/provider about sending the form, you can check your spam tray, where you will surely find the email of Riskallay that you see in the graph above.
When you open the e-mail, you will see the following image, where Riskallay will inform you with a small text that your client/provider is using Riskallay for the management of the risks of its third parties and will ask you to fill in a form. You must click on "COMPLETE EVALUATION".

There, you will be redirected to the next window, where Riskallay will inform you that to continue with the process you must register and inform you of the email of your customer/provider, responsible for sending you the question form, in case you need to communicate with him.
To continue the registration process you must click on "Continue".
By clicking on "Continue" you will be redirected to the registration window, where you must complete the required fields:
USER INFORMATION
- First Name
- Email: You should not complete here, as you will find automatically inserted the email address that your customer/provider registered when sending you the form ( which is the same email address where you received the first email mentioned above)
- Language
- Charge
ACCESS INFORMATION
- You must create an access password and then repeat it.
The password:
The password must contain at least six characters, some upper case letter, some lower case letter and some special character ( e.g.: @, /, *). If you do not meet these requirements you will not be able to move forward.
Company information
- Company Name/Person: This field will appear complete already with the company name / person that your customer or supplier indicated when sending you the question form. However, if you notice any error you can modify it. In this field it is appropriate to enter the name of the company if the questionnaire is addressed to the company in which you work, or the name of the natural person if the questionnaire is addressed to a natural person (example: if you are autonomous or independent, or even employee or collaborator of the evaluating company).

- Sector
- Directing
- Postal Code
Finally, accept the privacy policy and click on "SIGN UP".
The REGISTER button can be activated only when you have completed ALL the fields, in this case, you will find it in black.
If you did not complete all registration fields, the REGISTER ME button will remain gray and you will not be able to activate it, this being a signal that some of the fields are missing or the password entered does not meet the security requirements.
Clicking "REGISTER" will open the next window, where you will be asked to check your inbox again in order to validate and confirm the previous registration.
When going to your inbox, you should find the following email, requesting the above confirmation, if you do not find it, please check your spam tray.
When you open the e-mail, you will see the following image, clicking the option "CONFIRM EMAIL".
You will automatically be redirected to the window below in the graph, where you will finally have to enter the email and password already registered and validated.
This is the page where you will have to log in every time you want to log in to your Riskallay account, to fill in the question form sent by your customers/suppliers, if you have problems finding it again, you can enter using the following link.
Once you complete the "login", you will access your Riskallay Portal, where you will be able to observe the forms sent by your customers/suppliers, complete them, save a partial form filling process to finish it later, etc.
